What is it?

Way too often schools have no staff fund for the extras needed to curb burnout: good coffee, the occasional staff lunch, etc.

Perfect for the start of the year, use this copy/paste game for you and the staff to EASILY generate funds by engaging the community and even earn a School Culture Plan in the process.

How Much?

The first $1,000 is split evenly between creating your fund and purchasing a Class Team Building Year School Culture Plan for your school. After that, you keep everything for your fund to use as you see fit on your teachers and staff. Average size schools with 40 staff members typically result in funds around $2500 or more.

How it works.

Everything is setup for you, though you can still customize as needed. Start by editing the Monopoly board we’ve prefilled with time-saving prizes such as paperwork passes, leave early cards, classes covered, or whatever you know your teachers and staff like and will help curb burnout.

Next, copy the introductory email. This email hits the right notes to explain the mission and motivation for the game and staff fund.

Finally, send the kickoff email where teachers and staff use the provided links and flyers to give their favorite restaurants, businesses, and individuals the opportunity to contribute and participate in a secret password discount book.

We want to make this fun for all participants, and the goal is to create a booklet filled with humorous discounts around the community, only available to those who know the correct passwords. Businesses who participate will see an uptick in traffic, and individuals who contribute will receive a copy of this booklet as well.

The booklet will automatically be generated and delivered to you as a digital file at the end. You can edit it and either distribute it digitally (we’ll provide you all the emails of contributors) or even print it and sell more copies.

How funds work.

We take care of everything, from payment processing to creating your password booklet.

The first $1,000 in contributions is split evenly between creating your staff fund and obtaining your Year School Culture Plan membership ($500 for your fund, $500 goes towards the membership). After that, all the contributions go towards your staff fund to spend as you see fit (minus a 3% credit card servicing fee). We will send you these funds at the conclusion.

In the event you don’t reach $1,000, we’ll give you a Class Team Building credit for the 50% split.
