This year marks our 20th year creating behind-the-scenes games and programs designed to make school a little more fun for the people who spend every day there. More laughter in the hallways, more things to look forward to, and more of those little moments that can make a surprisingly big difference reducing stress and teacher and student burnout throughout the year.
We're incredibly grateful to every member school that has supported us over the years and helped us grow. Whether your school has 5 staff members or 250, we'd love to welcome you to the School Culture Plan for the new year!
$499 for the entire year.
Join with confidence. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - The idea of having your year filled with easy-to-implement fun has quickly become one of the most-loved parts of what we do, and we're confident you'll love it too. If you don't, simply email us and we'll refund your purchase. No hoops, no hassle.
The Culture Plan is the easiest way to keep something fun happening at your school throughout the entire year. Everything happens in the background of otherwise normal schooldays: A funny announcement in the morning, a mystery unfolding in the hallways, a surprise waiting in the staff room, or something everyone suddenly seems to be talking about by lunch. No meetings. No forced team building. The idea is to add more fun to their week, not add more work.
Everything is designed around the typical school year: Welcome Back, Halloween, the holidays, Teacher Appreciation Week, etc. And these are most definitely NOT your typical “team building” exercises. They're mysteries, game shows, competitions, schoolwide adventures, surprise treats, and ideas we’ve been able to test and retest through our network of member schools, ensuring that by the time they get to you, your staff and students are guaranteed to love every minute.
What’s more: Everyone will think you came up with these yourself. Think of us as your behind-the-scenes morale team while you take the credit. Everything is in easy copy/paste format, allowing you to customize however you like, and saving you hours of work trying to come up with morale ideas yourself.
“The folks at Class Team Building understand that the secret to good morale is not in the "stuff", but in the relationships-- they build out easy opportunities for shared experiences that bring your staff closer together.” – Pampa ISD
We make this ridiculously easy to run. Each activity is different, and we always keep it simple to put together. Instructions, posters, sound effects, pre-written emails… all delivered to you via simple download links. No apps or software to install.
Below is a sample schedule. We provide more than you’ll likely use, but we want you to always have something on hand. You are always in control, able to save or exchange activities if you have already done one or prefer something different. Members also get access to all the new programs as they are released.
Your staff has little patience for cheesy icebreakers and time-wasting meetings in August, and honestly, who can blame them?
The Principal’s No-Cringe August Playbook gives you easy, flexible ways to inject some laughs, strengthen relationships, welcome new staff, and set a positive tone without adding meetings or extras to anyone’s plate. Best of all, the planning is already done for you, freeing up your time to focus on the hundred other things demanding your attention in August other than “team building.”
“The SEECRETS activity was a HIT! At first it was a great way to open up and help “on-board” our new staff, but we loved it so much that we’ve made it a permanent section in our monthly newsletter.” – Carrie Bonilla
It’s time to set the tone for the year.
Back to the Faculty is a weeklong adventure for your faculty and staff based upon our most successful program of all time, “The Contest.” Everything kicks off with an email announcement that you’ve been doing some “traveling” and now want to hold a contest for a special SECRET prize you’ve acquired during your travels. That's all the information you can give at this time, but everyone should look for an email the next day.
The following morning, teams receive messages from different cities around the world, all detailing how they suspect the “traveling” you’ve been doing as actually been through time, jumping from era to era to fix what once went wrong. Each team is recruited by the different cities, offering their team help to win the secret prize in exchange for just one little favor...
“Ridiculously amazing day at school! Good deeds going on everywhere! Love my school!!!!! Can't wait for tomorrow's surprise!” – Heather Swords Talton, Teacher
Someone in the school has been acting odd... but who, where, and with what?
Based off a 1940’s style radio show, “Schoolhouse Clue” is about having silly, lighthearted fun with everyone at the school. With both the students and staff playing together, you get to customize everything to create an amazing October adventure they’ll never forget.
We’ve taken everything a professional company would use to create a corporate adventure, re-imagined it for schools and students, and provided it to you with easy step by step instructions. Works with all levels K-12.
“Incredible. I’ve never seen my school have so much fun for so long and the student participation was priceless. Not surprisingly, the kids loved it and discipline was the lowest than any other week!”
All year they’ve worked hard. Now it’s time to play hard!
Holiday Road runs in the background of any normal workweek in December, automatically engaging your staff with unexpected treats and laughter. Before you know it, everyone seems to be on a mission to drop off an anonymous gift, decorate a friend’s desk, submit a Masked Singer video that will have the whole school laughing, or participate in any number of silly holiday challenges.
We also include an optional bonus round/staff party filled with games and treats. All you do is follow the instructions and laugh along with everyone else. .
“Holiday Road is GOLD! It was a SMASHING SUCCESS and just what I was hoping for. I felt like I was suddenly the principal of a school from a Hallmark movie!”
The week back after the holidays can be like trying to start a cold car engine.
This year, cleverly welcome staff and students back using our intercom-based, 1940’s serial-style radio show that will have everyone rolling on the floors and filling your halls with laughter. Treats, trivia, and games all help to bring the students’ minds back to the school and make everything run that much easier for the teachers.
“Yes! Yes! Yes! I wish we had one of these every month. The kids loved it, the teachers loved it, and I just loved the smiles and upbeat atmosphere we had all week. Thank you”
It’s February. It gets dark at 5:00. Everyone needs something to help get them through.
Nothing says mid-winter comfort more than parodying realty television fun. Treat your staff to a hilarious Valentine’s week game, filling your halls with anonymous cupids and laughter.
“To be honest, I have such a competitive group and I wasn’t sure how this would work for Valentine’s, but the concept of using kindness as the gameplay was AMAZING and it was AMAZING for the students to see. Yes, my group still got overly competitive, but this time all they were doing was nice things for each other and it was awesome! My staff loved it and I’m already making plans so we can do this again next year.” - Ian Tomlin
It happens every year towards the end of winter, energy dips, eyes begin to glaze over, and the weight of the school year starts to settle in.
That’s why Staff Care Week has become a favorite of our members. To refresh, recharge, and remind the incredible people who keep your school running that you are looking out for them!
“I just wanted to let you know that my teachers really enjoyed the Staff Care Week!! They really responded well to these activities. Yes. It was super easy. Not a lot of setup time required. And seeing the teachers really enjoying the activity cards was worth a little extra effort. But things like this that don’t require much of the teacher’s time is what they needed and appreciated! One of my teachers told me it was like waking up on Christmas morning excited to see what the activities and prizes would be each day. I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys have next! I hope that we will get more of these! Thanks!!” – Tiffany Chaplin
Breaking out of the winter doldrums can be tricky to harness all the newfound energy. What you need is to inject an unexpected adventure created by your new A.I. assistant, who, though well-meaning, creates insane versions of classic games for the staff and students to play in the background of your normal school days.
Nothing interferes with classes or learning, but nonetheless you’ll be shocked how fast laughter and smiles spread across your school, with everyone asking for this to become a yearly tradition.
“Easily the most fun we had all year! Each game was different and we had teachers with different skill sets stepping up to win each one. I saw it draw in teachers who don’t come out of the shell very often. We’ll be doing this again next year!” - Scott Reede
Assistant Principal Batman is a 10–15 minute, live-action superhero experience designed to surprise your AP and show them just how much they are appreciated. With clues, costumes, and a little campy drama, your school comes together to create an unforgettable moment just for your hero.
“I honestly don’t know who had a better time with this, our AP or those of us who got to be characters. We laughed, we cried (I’ve always wanted to say that, but it’s true!) and it was just the perfect, sweet, funny experience I was hoping for when I first read through the script. Thank you!” – Donna Blount
You get the option of any of our Teacher Appreciation Week programs, and we always have a new one released in March as well.
What worked this year? What didn’t? What will you never forget? -- We’ve made it easy to capture everyone’s input and then put it into a hilarious skit based off Weekend Update from Saturday Night Live. Conclude the year laughing and on a high note as everyone begins their summer break.
“We LOVED the end of year SNL skit and just the laughs everything provided during stressful times. Very easy and made sure we ended with a good review rather than simply leaving the building.” --Gary Lewis

“If you're looking for a way to strengthen your school community and build an incredible team atmosphere, Class Team Building is a must. I first discovered it during the height of COVID, when I was desperately searching for a way to keep our school connected while everything felt so fragmented. Their Game of Games was exactly what we needed—it brought laughter, unity, and a much-needed sense of togetherness during a very difficult time.
Since then, it’s become a staple at our school. We make it a priority to play together two to three times a year using the programs provided, and each time it brings our staff closer and reignites the joy of working in education. The sessions that include students are especially powerful—the kids absolutely love seeing their teachers play, celebrate one another, and model positive school spirit. It builds community across grade levels and helps everyone feel like part of something special.

They never know when they may hear from headquarters, receive a special message, or have an opportunity to be part of a team and compete for awesome prizes. It has helped us make new friends, see each other in new and different ways, and enhanced our climate. They are incredible to work with, always responsive to our needs and requests, and an incredible find. I would recommend it, and I have, to school districts, and businesses, if you are looking for fun ways to engage your staff beyond what you have done. It is quick and effortless, they do it all for you, and the payout is beyond anything we could have done on our own.”— ALLISON STAFFIN
“As a school building administrator, I often hit slumps in school morale and write staff cute cards, email them funny videos. That's pretty much the extent of my creativity, but it really didn't bring the staff together, build the team. I was looking for a "grab and go" system that would help me -- and this is it! Simple designs, all created to easily put in place, that builds the team -- a core of each exercise is building each other up, supportive notes, secret good deeds, funny team projects. All done quickly, with great value.” - CLIFF BIRD
