Reviews

“We have been using Class Team Building for 2 years now. I cannot tell you what an impact it has had on our faculty. They never know when they may hear from headquarters, receive a special message, or have an opportunity to be part of a team and compete for awesome prizes. It has helped us make new friends, see each other in new and different ways, and enhanced our climate. Even remotely they have been tremendous in keeping us going and providing fun, interactive ways to stay connected. They are incredible to work with, always responsive to our needs and requests, and an incredible find. I would recommend it, and I have, to school districts, and businesses, if you are looking for fun ways to engage your staff beyond what you have done. It is quick and effortless, they do it all for you, and the payout is beyond anything we could have done on our own.”— ALLISON STAFFIN

“As a school building administrator, I often hit slumps in school morale and write staff cute cards, email them funny videos. That's pretty much the extent of my creativity, but it really didn't bring the staff together, build the team. I was looking for a "grab and go" system that would help me -- and this is it! Simple designs, all created to easily put in place, that builds the team -- a core of each exercise is building each other up, supportive notes, secret good deeds, funny team projects. All done quickly, with great value.” - CLIFF BIRD

Sample Schedule

Along with the curated programs below, you’ll have access to all our programs. We’ll work with you to find the activities and schedule that works for you.

July/August: The Essential Start-of-Year Community Builder

Set yourself up for success. All your “on-boarding”, welcome back, and team building is done for you with 9 flexible and easy activities to use during your start of year meetings and in-service workdays.

You’ll set the tone and spread smiles while keeping everything flexible and easy to manage.

“The SEECRETS activity was a hit!  At first it was a great way to open up and help “on-board” our new staff, but we loved it so much that we’ve made it a permanent section in our monthly newsletter.” – Carrie Bonilla

September: “The Teacher Contest!”

“Someone in your school has been leading a double life…!”

Set the tone for the year with this professional, week-long mystery contest that we run for you in the background of any normal workweek, instantly injecting laughter and energy. Consistently rated 10 out of 10, this is the perfect way to bring your entire school family together for unforgettable fun.

Mix grade levels up to increase communication, or keep them together to promote cohesion. Teams are all recruited by different countries to represent them, complete missions, and win this contest! Everything then culminates with one of the most joyous 30-45 minute staff meeting finales that you will ever hold, or a virtual contest if your staff is unable to meet together.

“Ridiculously amazing day at school! Good deeds going on everywhere! Love my school!!!!! Can't wait for tomorrow's mission!” – Heather Swords Talton

October: Halloween Option 1

Principal’s Book of Secrets (Students & Staff Both Participate!)

Based off a 1940’s style radio show, “Principals’ Book of Secrets” is about having silly, lighthearted fun with everyone at the school. With both the students and staff participating, you get to customize everything to create an amazing October experience for your school.

We’ve taken everything a professional company would use to create a corporate adventure, re-imagined it for schools and students, and provided it to you with easy step by step instructions. Works with all levels K-12.

“Incredible. I’ve never seen my school have so much fun for so long and the student participation was priceless. Not surprisingly, the kids loved it and discipline was the lowest than any other week!”

October: Halloween Option 2

Principal’s Monopoly Madness (Students & Staff Both Participate!)

Use our setup, sound effects, challenges, games, announcements, emails, and posters to instantly create Halloween week fun for everyone: staff AND students.

Game play is easy. Think of this like the McDonald’s version of the game where you try to collect matching game pieces to win prizes. But instead of having to order food, here you collect pieces by participating in different activities, games, class rewards, and challenges throughout the week.

Everyone can play, with different prizes for students, teachers, and even office or lunch staff.

““SO, SO, SO, SO glad our PTO made this purchase! I love this time of year and our school was hopping with the type of atmosphere that just brings so much joy and laughter and imagination.”

December: Holiday Road & Staff Party

Holiday Road runs in the background of any normal workweek in December, automatically engaging your staff with unexpected treats and laughter. Before you know it, everyone seems to be on a mission to drop off an anonymous gift, decorate a friend’s desk, submit a Masked Singer video that will have the whole school laughing, or participate in any number of silly holiday challenges.

We also include an optional bonus round/staff party filled with games and treats. All you do is follow the instructions and laugh along with everyone else. .

“Holiday Road is GOLD! It was a SMASHING SUCCESS and just what I was hoping for. I felt like I was suddenly the principal of a school from a Hallmark movie!”

January: Post-Holiday Hangover Week

The week back after the holidays can be like trying to start a cold car engine. This year, cleverly welcome staff and students back using our intercom-based, 1940’s serial-style radio show that will have everyone rolling on the floors and filling your halls with laughter. Treats, trivia, and games all help to bring the students’ minds back to the school and make everything run that much easier for the teachers.

“Yes! Yes! Yes! I wish we had one of these every month. The kids loved it, the teachers loved it, and I just loved the smiles and upbeat atmosphere we had all week. Thank you”

February: Staff Care Week.

It happens every year as the winter drags on, and when your staff suddenly becomes stressed and overworked, that is your sign to come to the rescue with Staff Care Week.

“I just wanted to let you know that my teachers really enjoyed the Staff Care Week!! They really responded well to these activities. Yes. It was super easy. Not a lot of setup time required. And seeing the teachers really enjoying the activity cards was worth a little extra effort. But things like this that don’t require much of the teacher’s time is what they needed and appreciated! One of my teachers told me it was like waking up on Christmas morning excited to see what the activities and prizes would be each day. I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys have next!  I hope that we will get more of these! Thanks!!” – Tiffany Chaplin

March: Campus Games!

(Staff and Students Both Participate!)

Your school will demand Campus Games become a yearly tradition in your school. Based off classic board games from Battleship to Hungry, Hungry, Hippos, your teachers will get to show off their skills and compete in fun and games all week.

“Easily the most fun we had all year! Each game was different and we had teachers with different skill sets stepping up to win each one. I saw it draw in teachers who don’t come out of the shell very often. We’ll be doing this again next year!” - Scott Reede

May: Teacher Appreciation Week!

You get the option of any of our Teacher Appreciation Week programs.

May/June: End of Year Survey & Saturday Night Live Skit

What worked this year?  What didn’t?  What will you never forget?  -- We’ve made it easy to capture everyone’s input and then put it into a hilarious skit based off Weekend Update from Saturday Night Live.  Conclude the year laughing and on a high note as everyone begins their summer break.

“We LOVED the end of year SNL skit and just the laughs everything provided during stressful times.  Very easy and made sure we ended with a good review rather than simply leaving the building.” --Gary Lewis

Who Wants to Be a Bellanaire Testing Week Stress Relief

This program has one goal: to uplift and re-energize your faculty and staff during a week when everyone is on edge.  We’ve packed it with puzzles and competition, but everyone works together to beat the gameshow and win the grand prize for the school.

“I totally loved this activity!! It made me laugh out loud and brought common joy to our staff- thank you for that!!” - “I found myself in such a good mood yesterday after completing the first two days' challenges! I felt recharged and ready to do what I needed for my students.” -“Thanks for making us laugh at ourselves and realize it's okay to treat ourselves in these stressful times.” - “The parent thank you was absolutely the best!  This was the best distraction from the daily stress.” - “I had a whole sheet of paper with a web of clues and my research on each scribbled all over. The riddles made me do a lot of analyzing and it was a good workout for the mind!” – Quotes from teacher participants.
