July/August: The Essential Start-of-Year Community Builder

Set yourself up for success. All your “on-boarding”, welcome back, and team building is done for you with 9 flexible and easy activities to use during your start of year meetings and in-service workdays.

You’ll set the tone and spread smiles while keeping everything flexible and easy to manage.

September: “The Teacher Contest!”

“Someone in your school has been leading a double life…!”

Set the tone for the year with this professional, week-long mystery contest that we run for you in the background of any normal workweek, instantly injecting laughter and energy. Consistently rated 10 out of 10, this is the perfect way to bring your entire school family together for unforgettable fun.

Mix grade levels up to increase communication, or keep them together to promote cohesion. Teams are all recruited by different countries to represent them, complete missions, and win this contest! October: Halloween Option 1

Principal’s Book of Secrets (Students & Staff Both Participate!)

Based off a 1940’s style radio show, “Principals’ Book of Secrets” is about having silly, lighthearted fun with everyone at the school. With both the students and staff participating, you get to customize everything to create an amazing October experience for your school.

We’ve taken everything a professional company would use to create a corporate adventure, re-imagined it for schools and students, and provided it to you with easy step by step instructions. Works with all levels K-12.

October: Halloween Option 2

Principal’s Monopoly Madness (Students & Staff Both Participate!)

Use our setup, sound effects, challenges, games, announcements, emails, and posters to instantly create Halloween week fun for everyone: staff AND students.

Game play is easy. Think of this like the McDonald’s version of the game where you try to collect matching game pieces to win prizes. But instead of having to order food, here you collect pieces by participating in different activities, games, class rewards, and challenges throughout the week.

Everyone can play, with different prizes for students, teachers, and even office or lunch staff.

December: Holiday Road & Staff Party

Holiday Road runs in the background of any normal workweek in December, automatically engaging your staff with unexpected treats and laughter. Before you know it, everyone seems to be on a mission to drop off an anonymous gift, decorate a friend’s desk, submit a Masked Singer video that will have the whole school laughing, or participate in any number of silly holiday challenges.

We also include an optional bonus round/staff party filled with games and treats. All you do is follow the instructions and laugh along with everyone else. .

The week back after the holidays can be like trying to start a cold car engine. This year, cleverly welcome staff and students back using our intercom-based, 1940’s serial-style radio show that will have everyone rolling on the floors and filling your halls with laughter. Treats, trivia, and games all help to bring the students’ minds back to the school and make everything run that much easier for the teachers.

February: Staff Care Week.

It happens every year as the winter drags on, and when your staff suddenly becomes stressed and overworked, that is your sign to come to the rescue with Staff Care Week.

March: Campus Games!

(Staff and Students Both Participate!)

Your school will demand Campus Games become a yearly tradition in your school. Based off classic board games from Battleship to Hungry, Hungry, Hippos, your teachers will get to show off their skills and compete in fun and games all week.

May/June: End of Year Survey & Saturday Night Live Skit

What worked this year?  What didn’t?  What will you never forget?  -- We’ve made it easy to capture everyone’s input and then put it into a hilarious skit based off Weekend Update from Saturday Night Live.  Conclude the year laughing and on a high note as everyone begins their summer break.

Who Wants to Be a Bellanaire Testing Week Stress Relief

This program has one goal: to uplift and re-energize your faculty and staff during a week when everyone is on edge.  We’ve packed it with puzzles and competition, but everyone works together to beat the gameshow and win the grand prize for the school.
