People need smiles and laughter now more than ever. If you’re looking for something fun and engaging to support your staff morale while working remotely, don’t worry, because we’ve got you covered.

Every two to three weeks we’ll provide you another activity that runs online or through email, each one amazingly fun and designed to engage and keep your staff spirits up. It might seem like a small thing from a leader, but you’ll be hearing a lot of, “Thank you, we really needed that!”

Be assured, you’re getting the best. Class Team Building has over 2,000 school members, and we know what works. And to ensure every school can afford this for their staff, we’re doing our biggest discount ever: $20 off for as long as you stay a member.

You can begin right now with Remote Learning Scavenger Hunt (see details below), and be up and running with it within an hour.

What is the Remote Learning Scavenger Hunt?

Let’s provide something a little fun to help teachers and staff get through this less than ideal situation.

You begin with an emailed announcement setting the stage and explaining the rules. Before you know it, your teams are engaged, laughing, and smiling again.

Scavenger hunt item examples include:

  • Picture of how many toilet paper rolls you have in your house (the most rolls wins, but PLEASE don’t go out and buy more!!)

  • A picture of someone demonstrating your ideal “proper remote working work attire”

  • If you have no water and no hand sanitizer, what is the best way to disinfect your hands? (looking for creative answers)

  • 3 little known Netflix or other streaming shows you recommend, and your creative reviews to go with them

You are free to change or omit any task you don’t like, and we encourage you to add more of your own to make them specific to your school.

Implementation couldn’t be easier: simply copy our emails, use the automated score sheet we provide, and have fun.

The game lasts for 3 days and by the end, we know you’ll be hearing a lot of, “Wow! We needed that!” and, “We need to keep doing things like that.”

Who is Class Team Building?

Class Team Building is a collaboration between corporate morale experts and professional k-12 teachers. We take professional programs corporations have paid thousands to develop for their employees and make them accessible and affordable for schools.

There’s no doubt the climate and culture of the school impacts all areas of teaching and learning. There’s also no doubt that morale can turn on a dime, undermining all other efforts of school improvement.

Everyone wants to have happy teachers and a fantastic school culture, but do you have a professional, thought-out, and proven plan to get you there?

Our response to COVID-19 and school closures.

We have over 2,000 school members, and we’ve worked hard with them to build wonderful school communities and cultures.

When schools began to close for the virus, we couldn’t just let things drop off for them, and we instantly started creating Remote Learning Scavenger Hunt.

We’ll ensure that principals and administrators have the means to keep their team motivated and together, and keep building school community even though they are apart.

We are currently developing and converting our existing programs to work remotely, including a special Teacher Appreciation Week program that we are super excited about (more about that in the coming weeks).

In addition, we’ve discounted our normal price of $59 down to $39 to ensure every school can afford our service. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to start a conversation.
