This activity was originally part of The Essential Start of Year Community Builder Packet from Class Team Building in 2020.  That year, every school was reopening with new standards and it was critical everyone pitch in.

But the concept of having input from everyone remains as valid now as it did then, and we’ve reprinted this here for any school who can use it.
