Who we are.

Class Team Building is a collaboration between corporate morale experts and K-12 administrators to finally make professional-level, astonishingly fun, staff community building and morale programs affordable for schools.

We operate as your background morale department, making it simple for administrators to execute an expert morale plan throughout the entire school year. We exist to support you and 100% of the fees go to customer service and program development.

About our programs/games.

These are not typical school “team building” activities. These are modified from the same professional programs Google and Apple use to keep their employees laughing and engaged, with all the humor, cleverness, and joy that goes into them.

Each program is different and everyone will believe you created them yourself. We want you to take the credit and create the school climate and culture you’ve always wanted.
